Default Should I get the Hyundai Genesis?

I won't buy the first model year. I'm going to wait until they come out with the dual turbo chargers for their V8 RWD Luxury Sedan. I wonder what a fully equipped Genesis is going to cost. They start at below $30,000. And it has the famous 10 year 100,000 warranty. I like how they stand behind their product so long as the owner can show proof of proper maintenance. What do you guys think of this car? Looks good doesn't it?

They aren't actually going to come out with a dual turbo setup on the V8 model. Do to the strange multiple clutch tiptronic setup transmission, a boosted V8 would be a bad design que. Anyways, 368hp from the V8 isn't bad, although reports say it's not very quick anyways. Estimates put it in the sub 6sec range to sixty. The V8 model will likely start at a price point of $45K an the two V6 models will be in the high 20 to mid 30K range depending on options. Hope this helps.

Its a hot ride for sure, I bought a Hyundai Azera Limited sedan last year and love it. I'm not sure I'd even get a V8 Genesis since the price will be closer to $40K and the 300 horsepower V6 will be fast enough. My Azera has the same 3.8L V6, but they will be tuning it up for more performance on the new Genesis sedan and coupe models. Unless you plan to hold onto the car for 10yrs or 100K miles the power train warranty won't do much for you, it only transfers as a 5 yr 60K if resold. I would love to have cooled seats like the Genesis has, it is a truly beautiful car, I can't wait to see it in person this summer. I needed a big car since I have 2 kids and a wife otherwise I would have bought something smaller and more economical. If you have the need for a large car or just the money to blow then the Genesis will make you just as happy as a M45, E500, 550i or RL.

Here is a different perspective. Hyundai is the premiere major global shipping multi--national corporation. They have built large vessels to ship materials globally, and they ship product. Business Week Magazine pointed to the dexterity of Hyundai's ability to improve it's manufacturing processes in a very short time and transform dirt floor factories to state of the art jaw dropping precision automated computer imaged monstrosities; that have the capability to build ships and cars, alongside deep pockets for research and development. Google Hyundai and you will find they are no rookie to transportation and they have the unique ability to build top notch machinery. Hyundai has so far gotten it right. Now they have staked their reputation, much like the Japanese did in the late 80s with the Lexus brand. The German and American makes rolled their eyes about the Japanese and their ability to have a game changer. Hyundai is declaring to it's competitors that we can be King of the Hill. They have thrown down the gauntlet, drawn the proverbial line in the sand. We now have real world competitive drama unfolding in front of our eyes. Hyundai is asserting leadership in a crowded field. The Hyundai Genesis has a mission, to convince you and I to part with our hard earned dollar and buy a South Korean Automobile, and be convinced it is the right choice and proves to be the best choice. Interesting to say the least, definitely bold.

It has the Sound system that is only available from One Expensive car from Rolls royce. Called Lexcion. They are the highquality speakers. And don'tforget the power that Genesis have.
